I started my journey in fitness years ago, driven by a passion for empowering women. As a coach, I focus on not only transforming bodies but also building confidence and resilience. My experience as a competitor fuels my commitment to help you succeed.

But this wasn’t always my life.

I have read, soul-searched, meditated, prayed, asked for advice, paid for advice, researched the web, read magazines, hired trainers, started, failed, quit, re-started, took steps forward—and many steps back. The best knowledge I’ve gained was from trial and error and questioning the status quo.

I’ve tried it all:
💪 Bodybuilding – every split, routine, rep range imaginable
🏋️‍♀️ CrossFit, half-marathon training, circuit training, triathlons, powerlifting, spinning, workout DVDs, online subscriptions, yoga, Pilates
🥗 Low-carb, high-protein, carb cycling, Paleo, Atkins, South Beach, Weight Watchers, shakes, meal plans, under 1200-calorie diets, cleansing, juicing, and even diet pills

What I discovered? There’s no one-size-fits-all approach.

I am a work in progress—a full-time professional, a wife, a mother of two, and a certified personal trainer.

And now, I’m providing what I wished I could have found instead of spinning my wheels, searching for the answers, experimenting with myself, and paying coaches with trust and hope that they could help me reach my goals.

Q: I want to compete in a bikini competition, but I don’t know where to start. Can you help?
A: Absolutely! My coaching program guides you step-by-step through training, nutrition, posing, and mindset so you feel confident stepping on stage. Whether you're a first-time competitor or an experienced athlete, I customize everything to your needs.

Q: How long does it take to prep for a bikini competition?
A: On average, bikini prep lasts 12-20 weeks, but it depends on your starting point. If you need more time to build muscle or drop body fat, we may start with a pre-prep phase before officially entering competition prep.

Q: Do you offer posing coaching?
A: Yes! Posing is a game-changer in bikini competitions. I offer virtual posing coaching and in-depth feedback to help you master your presentation, stage presence, and confidence.

Q: Do I need to follow a strict meal plan to get stage-ready?
A: No! I focus on flexible dieting so you can get lean while still enjoying foods you love. No extreme restrictions or unnecessary suffering—just a sustainable and science-backed approach. There may be times in your prep that we work together on cleaning your diet up depending on your progress and physique along the way

A: I provide weekly check-ins, progress tracking, and direct support to keep you on track. Plus, my coaching includes mindset work to help you overcome self-doubt, emotional eating, and motivation slumps.

Q: Do I need access to a gym?
A: While gym access is ideal for maximum results, I can create a home-based program with minimal equipment if needed.

Nutrition & Dieting

Q: Will I have to cut out all my favorite foods?
A: No! My approach is based on flexible dieting, meaning you can still enjoy your favorite foods in moderation while reaching your goals. No unnecessary restrictions—just balance and strategy.

Q: Do you provide meal plans?
A: I don’t provide rigid meal plans, but I give you customized macronutrient targets, food guidelines to help you create meals that fit your lifestyle. I also provide sample meal ideas to make it easier for you.

Q: What if I have dietary restrictions (gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, etc.)?
A: No problem! I customize your nutrition plan to fit your personal preferences and dietary needs while ensuring you still get the best results.
