    • Cutting out all your sweets/treats/restaurants

    • Identical fitness program to each client

    • Prescribing hours of cardio per week

    • Asking you to do routines you are not comfortable with

    • Fast weight loss that is unsustainable

    • Waiting for days for a response

    • Pretending we know everything just to get you as a client
