Beginner's Guide to the Gym....

The famous question that will be running through your mind when you walk into the gym will be “What do I do?” I have the perfect answer for you, come prepared! There are many times I run into the people at the gym and they are just “winging” it. They don’t know what body part they are working on that day, this leads them to not know what movements they are doing and they find themselves walking around the gym aimlessly looking for machines or improvising......You don’t want to be that person.
