Complete exercises straight through with no rest until the end.
Every time you stop to rest = 10 seconds added to your “penalty plank”
Total workout time approx. 20 min – if you only have 10 min do one round.
 
1 min Plank
50 Leg lifts
30 each side - Side Double Crunch
30 Leg lift w/pulse
50Reverse crunch
End session with 1 min penalty plank
(including :10 for every time you stopped to rest) 
ie: I rested 4 times = 4 penalties – 1:40 plank
Rest 1 minute and repeat
