Sample Booty Band Workout

30 Banded lateral walk – right leg
20 Banded squat pulse jump
30 Banded angle back step – right leg
15 Banded X ground touch jumps
30 Banded circles – right leg
Rest 1 min - Repeat Left leg
Repeat all x2
 
 
Description:
Banded lateral walk – Place band above knees, sit back in a low squat, step to the side with your right leg – left foot together then repeat. 
Banded squat pulse jump – Place band above knees, squat low, pulse down, jump up, repeat.
Banded angle back step – Place band above knees, sit back in a low squat, step your right leg back at an angle and bring right leg back together, repeat.
Banded X ground touch jumps – Place band around ankles, start with feet together, jump forward while simultaneously touching the ground in between your feet; jump together while simultaneously touching the ground to the outsides of our feet; jump backwards while simultaneously touching the ground in between your feet; jump together while simultaneously touching the ground to the outsides of our feet, repeat.
Banded circles – Place band around ankles, extend right leg back and imagine drawing circles with your toes on the wall behind you.  (clock wise, counter clockwise, or both) J
