What You Really Need to Do

1. Need to find the perfect diet – the one that promises quick weight loss.

1. Focus on lifestyle changes so that you can maintain long term results.

2. Cut out all carbs completely. Restrict yourself from all your favorite foods.

2. Include all macros and don’t deprive yourself. You can enjoy all your favorite foods in moderation and still hit your goals.

3. Do hours of cardio every day

3. Lift weights. Building muscle will increase your metabolism.  Find a sustainable workout regimen.

4. Focus on the number on the scale

4. Focus on fat loss, not just the number on the scale, muscle gain and fat loss will change your body composition even though the scale doesn’t change.  Take photos and measurements along with the scale to track progress.

5. Do 300 crunches a day to lose the fat on stomach

5. In order to lose fat, you need to burn calories and/or consume less calories than you burn.  You can not spot reduce – no matter how many crunches you do, you won’t lose the fat from that area.

6.  Do everything all at once – change diet, start running, go to the gym 7 days a week so I can get my results sooner
