All in
What would it mean to be ALL IN on your goals?
Where giving up is not an option?
Where excuses are unacceptable?
Where the word try is eliminated?
Where would you be one month from now if you were “All in”?
What changes would you implement if you were “All in”?
When people hear “All In” it may frighten them at first. They think they have to take massive action, sacrifice, and uhaul their lives. But what if I told you that you could make “All in” mean something different? That you could pick one area that pertains to success of your goal and be “All in” with that? That “all in” doesn’t technically have to mean taking action but maybe jut shifting your thoughts. It doesn’t have to mean changing everything, but instead mean that you will commit to one area wholeheartedly. Defining what you constantly struggle with and being “all in” in finding how to overcome that struggle, instead of consistently doing the same thing and expecting a different outcome.
Obviously, what got you here won’t get you there. All your current habits and thoughts/beliefs have resulted in the physique you are residing in. If you want to change your body, you must recondition both your habits and your mindset.
Let’s take a look at your current habits.
Are you always make excuses? Is exercise on the bottom of your list of priorities? Do you emotional/stress/mindless eat? Do you always go for seconds? Do you constantly go on excessive diets/exercise programs? Are you always looking for just the quick fixes?
What are your current thought patterns in regards to achieving your goals?
Do you believe it is possible to achieve your results? Do you think it’ll take forever? Do you look in the mirror and pick on all the areas you don’t like? Do you believe it has to be hard and extreme? Do you think you have to give up everything to achieve the body you desire?
How much effort have you been giving to both your physical and/or mental journey toward this lifestyle?
If you give A+ effort in your habits and mindset you will receive A+ results.
